Amazon Custom or Amazon Handmade is separate from Amazon platforms that allow sellers to sell customized handmade items. ShipStation currently imports orders from Amazon Custom, but cannot import customization details related to the order.

While ShipStation is not integrated fully with the Custom or Handmade stores directly, our team has developed a process that leverages ShipStation’s open API to update customization details for Amazon Custom and import Amazon Handmade orders into ShipStation.
